If you are just starting in real estate sales in Kentucky, you’ll be obtaining a “sales associate” license, which allows you to operate/sell under a licensed “broker.” If you would like to be able to run a real estate brokerage company, normally that would require 2 years experience in the real estate business and additional educational hours before you’d be allowed to take the “broker” exam.
